Called mid-August to cancel residential collection. Had been being billed quarterly and had just paid in July. When I cancelled I was told that I had just paid and was told by CS that she would take care of that. Called today to find out when my refund was and was told there is no prorated refund. I rec'd my bill and it showed a $45.00 resume fee! No interruption of service, asked to have fee removed - still won't drop fee. Basically are arguing with me. Very unprofessional!!! Next stop for me is the BBB! Then a new trash service that doesn't charge all of the ridiculous fees that Waste Management charges. Worst service ever! They completely over charge with multiple fees, they never pick up the trash in a timely manner and they have horrible customer service reps!!!

I called customer service and complain about yard waste, because they did not pickup my service and I paid them over 100 dollars for the year. every one else gets pick up service what about my service. Terrible company. Their customer service agents are extremely rude. Refuse to transfer your call to a supervisor. Have to call several times to get the same issue taken care of

Waste management was charging me $126 a quarter. I was able to get another service for $69. when I called to cancel they said they can lower it to $79. I said no thanks and was insulted because that means they been way overcharging me the whole time. I asked what the balance is on my account and they said $0. I then said cancel. We were lied to got nothing which we were promised, they also raised our monthly fees without any notice. Cheats and Liars and double the price of all the other trash companies which service our local areas. STAY AWAY.
