Noticed that the bottom of my 4 yard can was about to fall off... advised wm customer service(this is actually the drivers job) 1 1/2 months later a new can arrived, left the old one, called emailed called emailed... did I mention I called and emailed them? three months later, BOTH cans are still here, old one is still loaded with three month old trash! Have been contracting WM for ten years and they have always been pleasant. As of the last year they changed my pick up time to 6 am and they have a new crew. Used to have friendly conversations with the driver and now these 2 new guys are as rude as it comes. I live in the bear capital of the country and we have to use special bear proof garbage cans to ensure the bears don't get into our garbage. I find out today they will no longer open these... Had small dumpster at small apt complex we own. found a better company at better rates. It was living *** cancelling our service. had to track names of all W.M. people I was speaking to because everyone would tell me something different. Finally was able to cancel. I hate their contracts, it makes is almost impossible to cancel. Now they're sending me bills for "dumpster removal" which was NOT in the contract. They will NOT take bagged leafs... Read more

Waste management is the worst service in camden .I move to this house only been here for 2 weeks and Nobody still pick trash up.i called and received 4 numbers slips with still no pick up and said workers had til 6pm and its still no show..#SadAsHell #StopHiringAddicts and Work can get done

I have been a customer of Waste Management for 18 plus years but this last year was enough. The prices have gotten way out of line. We canceled out contract and Waste Management want us to pay for picking up their dumpster. Are you people real? With all your fees and charges you still I have to pay for removal. Waste Management should pay us for advertising on their dumpster when it sits our our property then. The customer service need help.... Read more

We have been up to date and current on our waste management bills for over 10 years. We were late on one bill. I honestly don't know what happened to the invoice and not sure we even got it. I contacted the company as soon as I realized we had lost service pick up. They suspended service without notice or warning. They were called and paid before regular pickup arrived. Newly moved to Atlanta Georgia and signed up with wm for the trash pick up. The Scheduled pick up was Friday and they missed it. I called up on Monday and said that they have put in a ticket and the trash will be picked up Monday eod. Did not happen. Tuesday I called morning and at 4. Same story and did not happen. I have had nothing but trouble with services provided by Waste Management. It is starting to feel like I have a part time job working at getting my trash picked up and I paid an entire year in advance! Today, they blew by our house twice and didn't pick up our trash. Don't ever believe customer service when they say they are putting in a work order. It should be called a no-work order because the folks on the ground locally have apparently been empowered to ignore every.single.request. made of them by the CSR's. For the past two years WM has increased my cost over 10% each year. This while fuel prices (probably their largest cost) have fallen dramatically.
