Been with this company for 25 plus years really no complaints till the last 5 years then every year a10 to 15 percent increase was added on at renew time you call to ask why and your just told inflation but sign up for another 3 years and will go back to the old rate then you sign the contract and for the next 3 years they jump you up 10 to 15 percent and you have no say in what they can do make sure you read the little writing on the contract really got tired of there *** so when contract renew got close called them to terminate renew got Luis Botello their rep he informed me needed to be informed in writing and he got a real charge of telling me another $150.00 to pickup container well they pickup the container and send me the bill for $150.00 plus $85.00 for overage service yards,called their rep was told my container was over full that's the extra charge,I told him it was not over full and after all these years never had extra charge cause it was never over filled,told me to bad,so thanks for the screwing Waste Management $408.00 last months bill 2 yard container
