Don't BAGSTER
Bagster service a big dissapointment; I'm not sure how it works however HD is pushing Bagster Service and my wife purchased BAGSTER. then you go online make appointment and then "samba" starts. Everyday you receive email about rerouting for another day and so on so far for the lat 10 days and counting; BAGSTER is sitting on our driveway with a wedding celebration to manage as nobody can drive up, they'll have to walk; healthychoice thank to Bagster; I am a satisfied common shareholder and I will definitelly take it further; DO NOT USE BAGSTER
They are refusing to remove the bins from our property!!!

Waste Management - Dumpster Rental Review
We've worked with Waste Management for over 20 years due to their buying up the competitors we worked with. Until we were cancelling their service we still had the BFI blue dumpster with the broken wheels.
We never had a contract. The thought process then was we could cancel more easily. Well, that's not the case. We took bids from about 5 different services and found one for $200 less per month and gave us two pickups per month.
That's when the fun began. In trying to cancel, I spoke to about 6 different people, none of which were helpful. When I advised that I'd get a cutting torch and rid my church of their dumpster, they finally explained that I'd have to send a certified, registered letter to their office in Arizona. Our Wisconsin office couldn't handle cancellations in Wisconsin and it still would take 60 days.
I sent it out that same morning and according the my receipt from the USPS, it arrived in three days. Well, their system claims it didn't arrive for over 10 days and that the USPS apparently falsified the receipt. In the letter, I advised the dumpster needed to go with the last pickup due to road repairs. Remove it now or you won't get it back for 60-75 days.
Well, that's not how they do business. Not only were my 68 days notice not enough, they've decided to hit me up for an additional month and then charge me $ 200 for removing their dumpster. If this is the only service available in your community?
Move. They give government and organized crime a bad name.
WM is stealing from me, knows it, and will not fix it
I signed a contract and they are not honoring it. They have consistently raised costs beyond what is allowed in the contract.
Essentially, the contract allows them to raise prices for their fuel, regulatory, administrative, and environmental charges. Those have all raised over time and I have no issues with that. They have also, however, been raising their container costs heavily, which is not an allowance in the contract. All of the other providers still have normal pricing, but WM is not well above normal.
I spoke with the manager he refused to fix it without signing an extension. Will never use again and will be filing a complaint with BBB.

Worse service ever
Waste Management - Residential Waste Collection Review
After finally speaking with the Corporate office, not only have I found that they are using fraudulent charges, but they have taken no responsibility in the charges we have incurred when they refused service. What's worse is their hypocrisy when they report to our City...
Soon after lies, green waste containers were dropped off only to be taken back approx 6 mo. later. Had to dispose of our own green waste costing out of pocket over $1300. Later billed for services not rendered and put a party into collections that had no connection to the peppery or account.
All refusing services, they report to the City of Santa Clarita, where they refused to resolve the issue and instead against what they promised, fined property owner after starting they would look into the issue. Now on top of what the cost or of pocket, the City users spam tactics and renders penalties, unread of helping to resolve the issue. There seems to be a type of collusion between the City of Santa Clarita and Water Management where both entities refuse to make contact with the responsible party. This is the type of deception and fraud of an account that seems to be legally accepted.
Can anyone help with this area of stronghold and deceit?

Waste Management Residential Waste Collection Review
RE: 35 gallon garbage can (weight limit 85 lbs.): We have lived in SW Ptown 6 weeks, we continue to have waste management issues; failure to pick up our garbage Wednesday 12/14 was the most recent.We called on 12/15 to inform waste management they failed to pick up garbage.
Waste Management informed her the "driver said “ garbage can was over weight, and WM will charge an additional $8 to come out , if they come out at all. We have a 35 gallon trash bin, GF is 110 lbs 5’6” and not a weight lifter, she easily picked the can off the ground.
Later that day I went to the can and lifted the can off the ground, the can was at most 50-60 lbs. Since then I added a bag that was probably another 5 lbs.
This is the third issue with WM in 6 weeks, each occurrence we receive “ The driver said”. I do not like typing this, however, the representative is lying or the driver is.
If this continues I will write a letter to the attorney general of Oregon; we pay a higher rate than Washington county for a service that has been poor to negligent, so I would have a very ethical reason to write the attorney general for being ripped off.
Update: I was so frustrated I had to weigh the can and take a photo; 73 lbs. with 4th bag added.

WASTE MANAGEMENT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
NEVER, EVER USE WASTE MANAGEMENT! I switched to Waste Management from Rumpke for garbage pickup and paid for a year in advance to get a slightly reduced rate.
I did not expect to move, but life happens and I ended up moving after 8 1/2 months. When I cancelled my service, I was told IN WRITING that I would get a refund of the remaining balance paid. I cancelled my service on 11/11/16. It is now 1/27/17 and I am still fighting with them to get my refund!
At this point, I have given up all hope of ever receiving it! Customer Service is horrible!! I submitted requests for status updates every couple of weeks. Now they will not even respond to my requests!
They are so rude and unprofessional!
How would they like it if one of their service providers treated them the way they treated me??? STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!
Preferred solution: I have given up hope of EV. I just want them to NOT treat anyone else the way they treated me!
Horrible Company Scam Artists
Waste Management is the absolute worst company I've ever dealt with in my fifty-two years. Overcharges weekly and refuse to pick up dumpster even though we are not under contract.
Terrible customer service that stalls by putting you on hold for over thirty minutes then promising to call you back which never happens. This business operates like a criminal organization. They will not be in business much longer due to total disregard of customers. Unbelievably unprofessional!
Words cannot express the complete incompetence this company displays. Absolutely pathetic!
They are definitely in the scam business ripping people off every day. How they are not shut down is a mystery to me.

Took my trash containers
Took my trash containers because according to them we had not made our payment. The payment was made but applied to a different one time bill he had for a special pick up that was already paid for.
When I called to complain they realized they had applied the payment to the wrong bill, I asked for the containers to be returned immediately and they told me it was going to be at least 5 days before they returned the containers.
Worst experience and customer service I have ever encountered. They won't let you cancel the service because you are under contract, they will make you pay for a early termination of your contract.
