I took over a site that had waste management as a provider. After sending invoice information over about 6 times, they still cant' send the invoices to the correct places.

There was no contract signed for the site, and after continuous bad experiences with customer service and account managers, the Board decided to switch. Notice was given for the 1st of November, written and email letters were sent October 12th. No confirmation of receipt. On November 6th, I received a call for payment for November.

Notwithstanding the face that the invoice had only been received November 3rd, but also the fact that they clearly did not acknowledge the cancellation letter.

Terrible Customer Service, Administration, and their team does not make notes, or put pertinent information on the file. You have to repeat yourself every single time someone calls.
