As president of a HOA - we received a revised bid for 2016-2017 service. This came in 15% higher than the competitor. We followed instructions and issued a certified letter that they received on May 25, 2016 . An agent called to discuss the "problem" on the 27th and then never returned a phone call. Received a notification that we are "auto renewed at the higher rate as of June 1. Still fighting this - they have said - get a lawyer... so we will...... and contact the news Media
