Yesterday I called to cancel service to go with a company that charges less. $20 less per billing cycle!

I was told by WM I'd have to pay $15 cart pickup fee. I said I wasn't going to pay it and was threatened with being sent to collections. I spoke to 3 different people...ALL RUDE! Also, 2 months ago, I was driving on freeway and one of their trucks had a flat tire (he was pulled over) and the debris hit my car and damaged my headlight.

I immediately called to report it and NO ONE would call back. I literally have called them 8-9 times to get someone to talk to me about situation, no one has done that.

They have terrible customer service, I don't recommend you to use their service. If you have another choice, use it!
