On Feb 9, 2015 I closed the account. I called every week to make sure the account closed and they told me yes the account is closed and I have a refund for over payment.
On March, April, and May of 2015 they charged me the monthly fee plus late fee.
I kept calling and all they say sorry, sorry, sorry but they do not fix the problem. I don't know what to do, I can't take them to court for 220.00 dollars because its too small and I closed the account but they keep charging me plus late fees.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $220.
Waste Management Cons: Very bad service.
