I tried 6/17 to cancel my service because it had been raised to $175 a month and they stated due to my contract I couldn't cancel until 5/1/2018

I called 4/17/18 and was told it was too late to cancel and they are renewing my contract that i never signed or agreed to for another year at $175 because i needed to send a certified letter 90 days prior. They fail at customer service and don't care about their customer - only about so called contracts that they auto renew on people so they can never cancel.

They don't deserve their customers and change the rules to terminate each time you try.

Cannot trust or believe them. Horrible service. Terrible company.
