Hello:

This is a complaint against Waste Management in Stockton, CA.

Last January I called WM to stop services on a house located on 612 Burnham CT. I was told that I could stop services for 3 months, without charge because the house is empty. The person told me that she was going to stop services from February to April, and I needed to call on May 1, 2016 to resume services. I did what the WM employee told me. When I called to find out why I was not receiving the credits, I was told that WM had given me credit only for February because I was supposed to call every month to get the credit for each month. I did not receive services for February, March and April. The female employee I talked to last week told me that she was going to stop services for June and that I needed to call on July to get that month. I already was without services for three months. Now i will be without services for another two months for a total of 5 months. This is not right. I asked to talk to a manager, but the employee told me last week and again today that I could not talk to a manager. How can i talk to a manager about this none sense? Please call me at (408) 561-8685. Thank you.

Sincerely, Alberto Garcia

they are really good at blaming all the faults at customers, their service don't help. i have similar experience but in a different situation.
