I use Waste Management for trash services for a business facility I manage. The transaction amounts on my company card are sometimes hundreds of dollars over the invoice amounts on the website.

I need receipts that match the charges taken from my card.

We will be going to a different company when able. I wish to speak to a billing specialist or someone who can help, not just a basic level customer service representative.

GIVE NUMBERS WHERE YOU CAN TALK TO A PERSON! DON'T HAVE AUTOMATED CALLS THAT LIE AND SAY IT WAS PICKED UP WHEN THE WHOLE NEIGHBORHOOD WASN'T PICKED UP.

DON'T LIE AND SAY MY BIN WASN'T OUT.

DON'T LIE AND SAY WHEN I FINALLY GOT AHOLD OF SOMEBODY THAT SOMEONE WILL CALL ME BACK AND NO ONE CALLS ME BACK! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND WM TO ANYONE!

Missed pickup

Week Missed pickup and you cant talk to a person. Time to go to the township and fire WM.

No good reason not to pickup trash then they say well be there to pickup trash that day and then later on canceled and said theyll get it the next week. Unacceptable and *** poor service.

Im going to see if the rest of the neighbors and community want to address this at a township meeting. By the way WM has a beautiful mansion in Florida.
