Had to make an appointment to have a small freezer and a wine cooler reefer hauled away. They only come on Mondays.

Made the appointment on 2/1 for 2/5/24. Had to have the items at the street end of my driveway by 6 am, but no sooner than 24 hours prior...i followed all the rules, filled out all the forms, got a confirmation from them, with a ticket number and an order number. Items were out by 5 pm on 2//24. Made call to corporate hq (so the girl said ?) about 3 pm on 2/5 looking for a possible pick up time...she said they had until 6 pm...6 pm came and went with no pick-up, or even a phone call to reschedule.

(My homeowners assoc. will now come by and tell me i have to move the stuff away from the road, out of sight)...Terrible customer service and support, and bold face lying...they also have a monopoly (contract with the county) and there is no other company to go with...so "pissed !!!"

Poor website, long wait times for customer service (over an hour), no verification after phone call, mistakes after phone call. WM mission statement should revolve around rubbish removal as a service but instead they practice managing to waste customer time.

High prices. Extra fees and surcharges added to my bill that were not stated up front, bad customer service.

Way too difficult to cancel my service. WM (Waste Management) has showed me a complete lack of values. I canceled my service due to high prices and dishonest billing. When I canceled I was threatened with more charges for immediate termination of my service.

WM told me I was paid through November 24, 2023 so I kept my service until then. Since then WM has threw my personal trash can in their garbage truck (3 weeks ago) and crushed it, last week I only put out their one trash bin and they left a bag of garbage in it, this week they are refusing to take all of my trash, WM is also sending me additional bills and threatening to send it to a collection agency and call an attorney. This company is terrible!

If you have any other option then you should take it. There is a good reason Waste Management has so many one star reviews

Terrible customer service. Trying to get a quote for our HOA. Called 4 times, on hold for an hour only to get to a call center. No one ever calls back. Filled out the request for 3 times, twice on the phone and once on line. No response. Lots' of excuses and "I'm sorry" but no action

Very over priced my mother’s annual cost was $772.89 & I found that Groot can give her the same weekly service for an annual rate of $289.80. A huge savings I have found for my mother’s garbage pick up service. And she was with Waste Management for over 29 years sadly over paying for so so long.
