Paid the bill on August 10.August 28 my account was debited again for the same amount-different transaction #.

I only leave enough money in my checking acct. to pay the bills so my account overdrafted when it was returned by my bank. The final answer from WM was that I was responsible for double paying the bill. As if.

And they will not refund the overdraft fee. I will never use their online bill pay again and will pay my bill when I'm good and ready.

I will also deduct the overdraft fee.This is on top of their *** service.
