Friday, November 3, 2017 This morning at 5:30 am one of WM's drivers created a disturbance in our neighborhood. On the north side of Washington Middle school 1101 Park av sw .

Albuquerque NM This area is a City of Albuquerque quiet residencial zone from 10 pm to 7 am. The driver slams the dumpsters and generally creates a lot of noise. WM Management has agreed in the past that this is a quiet zone and trained to drivers to pick up after 7 am. Why has this changed and what will WM do to restore quiet enjoyment of our homes as called out in City of Albuquerquie noise control laws?

I am considering contacting the contract compliance lawyer at Albuquerque Public Schools. Lee

To whoever anonymous is. That is not correct.

Try reading the whole City of Alburqueruqe page next time.

Refuse collection is exempt for noise control laws " between the hours of 7 a.m.-10 p.m"

The laws apply between 10 pm to 7 am. Is that clear enough for you?

Our apologies for the early service. We want to resolve this issue.

We've sent this over to the route manager to address with the driver.

If you would like for us to contact you, please send your contact info to wmcares@wm.com (sub:#1125937). Thank you ^yn

Seems like refuse collection is actually not covered by Noise Control Ordinance that the City of Albuquerque enforces.
