Due to weekly service going out the roof on charges, we decided to go with a local weekly service company. You have to get your certified letter to them at a certain window of time, you don't get the address where to send the letter so you waste time finding out and sending to several places to insure they receive in their window.

You finally get the confirmation that they received your letter, get a phone call and how can we help, lower your prices ALOT. You then have to make phone call after phone call to ensure they pick up the dumpster and you still can't get anyone to confirm until after your contract date has ended. So you have a dumpster setting on your property that needs removing when you gave a 120 day notice. I have heard we will get with you for months now and today still no answer as to when.

Very very frustrating when you need the new company to place for use. I suggest you think twice before signing with this company, unless you just have the time to keep trying to get answers.
