After 3 years, multiple clickers given to drivers that were lost or damaged, several missed pick ups I had it and wanted to close my account. We are within one week of the new contract starting but not 90 days as they require so they want me to pay over $2,000 or stay with them until 2020 enduring their horrible, inconsistent service!

Extremely unhappy with their policies and feel cheated and abused by this company. I have never felt more taken advantage of by any company in my life.
