Waste Management can NOT follow through with scheduled commitment.! Customer service has every excuse in the book.

I scheduled a refrigerator pickup 2 weeks ago and was told it needed to be at curbside with doors removed and shelves removed.

They missed the first pickup, then they missed the second, and the third, noting it was a special item with special pickup schedule. Now customer service, after 5 calls, is telling me I need to get a remediation company first. I'm SO done with all of their BS. Fuel surcharges that are never reversed, excuses, etc, etc, etc

I'm moving my business to #Whitetail Disposal Inc.

I've been a customer of theirs for years and very dissatisfied for the past 2! service failure after service failure.

The drivers are nice a work hard. Customer service and back end ops need training and are completely dysfunctional.

Product or Service Mentioned: Waste Management Pick Up Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $435.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Waste Management Cons: Bad experience, Missed pick up constantly, Changed their service policy, Would not honor their agreement.

WOW, here is an interesting twist.I now have a voice mail from the representative who guaranteed pickup on Thursday. That never happened.

Trash and recyclables were a day late and the recyclable team emptied my contained, but again the trash folks just drive by....Also now have an email from WMCARES@WM.COM telling me "sorry to hear this and would like to get it addressed, please send your info to WMCARES@WM.COM (subject Review ###### and we will look into this right away" ....

What's there to "look into" ??? Just PICK IT UP!!!
