I rarely post a review....I called WM on 1/15/18 regarding the new extra fee for green waste. She said I would get a call back before the charge for this went through on my account.
I never received a call back, so I called again today on 1/26/17 and spoke with another WM rep and they said there was no record of my original request but they would stop the green fee charge for my next bill. He also stated he would have someone call me back to remove the $27+ for the green waste charge on my last bill. Since no one called me back on the first call before my bill was electronically paid, I doubt anyone will call me back now.
I am trying to get the original charge for green waste refunded since the transition from Garbageman to WM has been confusion on this matter. If I do not hear back from them I will be changing companies, since the buyout has not bode well with this customer.
