Seems like we're in some kinds of experiment! Due to rezoning we were transferred to WM from Athens.

NEVER had an issue with Athens since my 10 yrs living here. I do understand transition period mistakes but after I call to let you know that you have missed 3 pickups, and that we're a condo with a trash cute, and that I've had to rearrange & empty trash to accommodate more weekend trash, and the horrible smell in the residence halls, that you would have a sense of urgency! 1) Without apologizing young lady said we'd get a Saturday pickup AND a phone call from the supervisor: NO PICK UP, NO CALL 2)Monday called to complain; was told we'd have a pickup since Monday is our regular pickup day and a supervisor will call me this day, as requested. This lady was apologetic but a bit rude in telling me that if there wasn't a clear path to the trash we won't get service.

I tell her, there are trash bags everywhere and they are expected to pick up each one. The nerve to give me an ultimatum at this point in the game! : 5:15pm NO PICK UP, NO CALL . Called and the young lady said well, we have til 6pm.

You'll get picked up by 6pm. (not a nice attitude either). Fine okay, so I trust their word again. NO PICKUP.

NO CALL. Tuesday morn. NO PICK UP, NO CALL . Called during my lunch trying to get a supervisor.

Funny the lady on the phone told me that the system shows that our trash was picked up Monday evening. I told her it wasn't and she proceeds to tell me what the system says. LOL. I told her, do you want me to send you a picture?

Anyhow, she apologizes and I ask to speak to a supervisor for which I'm on hold for over 20 min. Still no supervisor. The lady tells me that I can no longer hold on her line. LOL!!

I'm like, we'll I'm not hanging up and then she continues to tell me that she can't keep me on her line. So I ask her, "You're going to hang up on me?" She probably wanted to say Yes, but refrained. I FINALLY get a supervisor, who makes more promises and then says she'll give me credit for 2 days, but I told her they missed 3 days. She tells me that is has to do with the reporting date!

I'm like, after all this you're going to cheat me out of a day (in my mind). She was going to speak with her supervisor regarding the credit and call me back. (It's been over a week and NO CALL BACK) So FINALLY a supervisor from Waste Mgmt calls me very apologetic and pleasant and ensures me our trash will be picked up today. It was picked up and the crew cleaned up the garbage rooms really nicely!

TODAY I've been on hold 20 min and she hang up on my (most likely accidental I guess) now I'm holding again because they haven't picked up our trash since last week.... ATHENS, I know this isn't your fault, but please secretly fix it so we can come back. Arggh! This picture is from Saturday.

Imagine how it looked AFTER the weekend and Monday trash! With gloves me and another person removed trash to make room.
