That is the only service they provide. I've asked to have a waste container replaced - 4 WEEKS AGO - and all they do is say "Leave it by the curb, someone will by by to replace it." 4 WEEKS AGO.

After numerous emails and phone calls, all I get is the same thing: "We're sorry ... we'll address this problem soon." And, it NEVER gets addressed. The only thing I can do now is withhold their payment until they honor their own terms of service. They wrecked their own bin, they need to replace it.

This is getting ridiculous. Next stop is the Better Businuess Bureau (BBB).
