We've had WM for 19 years this past summer we were late with one payment, when notified we paid two months to them immediately!They came and picked up our cans even though we're now paid up and want to recharge us for renewal of services.

Seems the computer just decided we were late, paperwork didn't get processed in time...*** you're out. This is how they treated longterm customers. Our credit scores are in the 800s. We pay our bills, but sometimes life just happens.

Looking for a new service.

Don't bother with this company.While the people may be nice the company policies stink.
