I was out of the country for two months and was not able to pay the bill in time. And I never received email or calls about service suspension.
Even on their website, my trash pickup date is still valid.
(Plus we were not home for two months, and they earned these two months service fees from me without any service provide. There were no trash on the curbside at all for two months!) After I came back and paid the balance, I was charged for restoring fees.
