Punitive, bad service. I was gravely ill and forgot to pay my bill so they didn't pick up my trash.
I called to pay today, but they still will not pick up my trash for another week. Two weeks with trash overflowing because they decide they will not give a simple call to the driver to tell them the account is paid, and to do the pick up. My previous company (Recology) had no problem doing this; they understood people's lives and circumstances are not black and white.
A little human understanding would do this company a world of good. We would all be in a better situation if they did.
