Missed pick ups, lousy customer service, promises and lies are the norm for us in just 9 months of service. We will let our prepaid period end so as to not have to fight for a refund and then we will cancel. About ten missed pick up in nine months and one period of 21 days without service.

And now, today, yet another missed pick up. Geez.

Two weeks to go. How many more times will I have to call and report missed pick ups. This has become totally ridiculous. I can't imagine any other company being this bad.

I was promised a return call from a route manager within 24 hours. That was two weeks ago.
