We moved and transferred service in October 2017, NEVER had any issues before we moved! However, since October they have NOT picked up our trash MINIMUM of 5 times!

"Due to weather delays/ conditions" is their response, however the weather is CLEAR in our area and roads are CLEAR! They do NOT contact customers until they are CLOSING that they will not be out! On our ONLINE account for the weather delays our area is NEVER on this list, WAY NORTH of us is but NEVER where we are. They do NOT come another day for the customers affected by these "weather delays" to make sure they are getting trash picked up!

We paid for trash service EVERY WEEK for a year! And they are basically stealing our money being they are not picking up our trash when weather is CLEAR!

It is currently snowing so I know they wont be out AGAIN, and this is 3 weeks in a ROW!!! UNPROFESSIONAL/COMPLETE BULL!

Product or Service Mentioned: Waste Management Residential Waste Collection.

Reason of review: Return/ Cancellation policy, poor customer service, lack of ability to do their jobs.

Monetary Loss: $167.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Waste Management Pros: Very little.

Waste Management Cons: Very poor leadership and lack of good treatment to employees, Customer service, Lack of picking up trash, Refund policy, Poor communication.
