I just discovered that for about 10 years I have been charged for three 96 gallon containers instead of the two I have. I have called about this issues and I was told that I would only receive a credit going back one year.

This is not acceptable nor is it fair.

This is a pretty decent some of money and if needed I will contact an attorney. Refunding the sum I was over charged is only fair, don't you agree?
