This company just created another account for me within the same address. I received a bill with new account number and it charges me additional prorate (about 6 months service fee) without any detail description.
I have never asked to discontinue the service and I’ve been always paying bills fully since I first moved in to my current address. This is certainly not correct and their customer service did not get back to me after I request to correct it through customer service.
