Ask your neighbors how much they are paying for their service. I was paying twice what my neighbors were paying, and I do not know how long this went on.
I called Waste Management, after a minute of talking with the supervisor my service fee was cut in half. There was no explanation of why my rate was so much more or any kind apology. It appears there is no fixed rate, just what they can make you pay. I have been a customer in good faith for 40 years and this has happened twice.
I hope this is not happening to you.
