after cancelling their services july27,2012. Waiting for a refund is ridiculous.
I called 3 weeks later, customer service said they will note it on the account. I waited a couple more weeks, call again, its now September,customer service said it hasn"t been 8 weeks . They promise to have someone call.I wait a week still no callback. 8weeks for a refund of unused services.
No one told me the first time I called. It is October, still no refund. What a ripoff, they ask for 3 months payment in advance.
But it has been over 2 months and still no refund. One of the worst run corporations I ever had to deal with.
