Been telling these guys, there are not trash cans out for my garbage for weeks and weeks, they have not been picking up my garbage because the cans keep disappearing. I have had to take my garbage down to the city and hire another service. They have refused to not charge me for a service not performed. They have no human customer service reality, they only care about their income and are really ridiculous. Dropped off the the new cans blocks and blocks away from my home. Some neighbor saw them out on a main road and called me.

Can we launch a class action or get an activist going, so they will have reasonable prices. We need to get the 3896government to stop letting them do this. Call9513913896 We have to stop them from over charging the poor, disadvantagd,and defenseless.

Waste Management in Madison, Ohio - Poor billing practices

Details
I moved and my bill increased $20. I am being charged a fuel/environmental charge of $22 and an administrative charge of $6.50 to receive their paper bill. I changed to paperless and they have yet to change it on my account. When I call to inquire they did not receive my request. I canceled service and it’s going to cost $52 for them to pick up my cans. I found a new company for half the price. Bye bye WM.

Waste Management - Trying to rip me off.

I know this story has found its way here before. Waste Management is telling me their going to charge me a $75 dollar fee to pickup their containers. I canceled my service before the beginning of the next period of service (just like they ask). I found a company nearly 2/3 less expensive. There’s no way I’m going to pay the $75 dollars.

Very unhappy with Waste Management. They would come on the wrong day and overcharge us. Canceled their service and we are bringing our own garbage to the dump, which is WAY cheaper! Will never use this company again.

We have been waste Management over year and half we are all ways got some amount trash .never have been overage service chargers on my business. Now that sends me statements I have paid 2 months overage chargers for$250 fee .some time that are missing picks up trash...
