I find their charges suspicious and gouging. Really drag their feet with the green bin. It’s way too easy to miss a payment even with auto pay, and then get charged these other fees. And honestly what other options do we have.? I am a libertarian, but there’s a good argument for the government providing this.

For 4 days I've called asking when they were picking up my trash (my day is Monday and today is the following Sunday) and each time i was promised it was going to be that day!!!! Needless to say, the can is full. I will be switching companies which i have not done for 30 years! Horrible, horrible service.

I received a check for 3 months service. When I called customer service they said I over paid my bill. A week later all my cans were picked up. When I called customer service they said my service was cancelled due to non-payment and I needed to pay $105 to have the service restarted.
