Called back again yesterday and spoke with someone that had me believing in them again. Then the other side of waste management just cant get anything done.
Trash bags are still outside next to the curb. And I still dont have a container!
Do I leave them out there till my home owners association gives me a fine? R you gonna pay it?!
Ive been assured time and time again that someone will pick up trash and Ill get a container to put it in. Whats the issue???
Very accurate
It would be helpful to be able to talk to someone like in the past. Now you have to listen to recordings, to tell about your issues. And still not get the problem fix.

Horrible. It's difficult to get a phone number for customer service and when you do, the phone rings forever (3 hours at one time.
Still no answer). Once I made this complaint I finally got to a representative who offered to reduce my bill by $10 (better than nothing I guess) then never followed through with the reduction on my online bill.
I called the main number again and was told that I would be switched to an internal number, and here I am, still holding for over 45 minutes. I will be shopping for new refuse collectors.
I have been a long-time customer and am very disappointed in the customer service.

today April 22, i and my neighbor use your services, trash bin was indeed 100% out at road on Tuesday night as always , one road is closed for road intersection construction on carnes and wendy st, which leads to our homes but 2oo yards down street is a second entrance from the north, your competition local waste picks up 90% of the street and they did ok today, on my account your driver lied, he did not even enter our street what so evewr i was outside all day 7 am to 7 pm doing yard work containers were out at driveway entrance as usual, horrible rude customer service with no options to complain or call or email you and inform you your driver is a liar . i want a months refund right now for missing my pickup, no truck arrived, im very very unhappy that i switched from local waste to use your poor customer service and pick on time issues. i file file a complaint with ohio government agencies that you billed me for pick up today april 22nd when truck never entered our street,

Hello there. My account number is 000220****43003.
This is Anthony (Tony), and I've had trash service for about 6 years here at this address. Unfortunately, my last payment didn't go through for an unknown reason, and I found out by the trash not being taken. This has been the only time in 6 years that this has happened. I have been trying to get into my account and at the login I had been getting a technical error message stating to try again in a few minutes.
I've not been able to speak to any service representative regarding this as it's unknown how to contact a customer service representative. Now with trash day as of 4/7/2026 I am hoping that I can get my trash reinstated for pickup tomorrow. At this time, I reset my password and now am able to login and was able to make payment and am now current. I also updated my contact number as I have a new cell phone number.
I really hope that by making payment, my account and service will be reinstated for pickup tomorrow of 4/7/2026 being this area's trash pickup day. Thank you in advance with any help able to be done here.

Preferred solution: My service reinstated hopefully by 4/7/26 trash day and my trash taken. I'm not pissed by the way, just was bummed my trash didn't get taken. It's not the end of the world though.LOL.

I live at 437 Austin Drive, Avon, Indiana. Wednesday evening, April 22 I put my garbage out for pick up on Thursday, April 23.
My garbage was not picked up even though all my neighbors did get theirs picked up.
Unfortunately, I tried multiple times to reach a person at WM and I could not.
Today I have tried to get someone for assistance and still no human contact. My can is full and I have nowhere to put garbage this coming week.
I am not agreeing to any pissedconsumer terms of service.
I just want a human to call me and resolve my issue.

This is regarding pick-up for Forest Grove High School. Behind the school are big dumpsters; they used to come and pick up from behind the school at 5 a.m., slamming the big containers.
It is so loud and wakes everyone up. Now they are coming several days a week, and people are being woken up.
This is an ungodly time, and now it's several days a week. We live right behind the school; we deserve not to be woken at ungodly times several days a week now.

The first time I tried to contact a representative, I waited 20 minutes and was then disconnected. The second time, after 30 minutes I gave up.
The third time, I finally got Katrina who was very nice.
As a major corporation- you need to improve. There should be a message saying how long you can expect your wait to speak to a representative would be and then give a call back option if there is a long wait.

Answer the phone and stop hiding behind elevator music. A coward's way of answering complaints. There is no reason to be kept on hold for 22 minuets and not be connected to a customer service representative.
