Been telling these guys, there are not trash cans out for my garbage for weeks and weeks, they have not been picking up my garbage because the cans keep disappearing. I have had to take my garbage down to the city and hire another service. They have refused to not charge me for a service not performed. They have no human customer service reality, they only care about their income and are really ridiculous. Dropped off the the new cans blocks and blocks away from my home. Some neighbor saw them out on a main road and called me.

Can we launch a class action or get an activist going, so they will have reasonable prices. We need to get the 3896government to stop letting them do this. Call9513913896 We have to stop them from over charging the poor, disadvantagd,and defenseless.

Same thing happening to me, $105.00 cart pickup, that's with fuel and environmental fee included, I spoke with customer service, told them I would agree to $75.00, but they will not budge, I don't want to pay them at all, but they will keep increasing the rate, then turn over to collections. What a corrupt company, after years of service, getting penalized for cancelling
