3 year contract on service? YES

Rates fluctuating at will? YES

Missed pick up days? YES

Charge extra $150 if plastic trash bag showing out of top of can? YES

Have to cancel 90 Days in advance, but not more than 180 days in advance of 3 year contract ending? YES

Don't send cancellation letter contract extends another year? YES

Upgrade in can size and have contract start all over for another 3 years? YES

Ripoff? YES

Crooks? YES

Can expect to get out of contract or have someone actually care about you being a customer....better think twice.

AMAZING how they can get away with this. They HAVE to have someone high up in Government helping them or be mob owned.

We had the same experience. We had been a customer for 20 years.

The last four years they have increased their rates over 20% per year and never send notice beforehand, they just send an invoice.We left them for a rate of $242 vs their $790. Won't recommend them and will actively warn others in our business park as well as our vendors.
