I used Illini and loved them and company bought out by WM and I have never been more unhappy.Yard waste is never picked up with purchasing stickers.
I have read all the company complaints online and wow how do they keep in business. I have spend hours being placed in hold only to be told " oh it will be picked up tomorrow, which never happens. I have spoken to supervisor after supervisor who does nothing either. Company needs new management.

Should be poor waste management.I was offered a 20.00 credit for the time spent- kinda of a slap in the face considering all the time spend on this.
