There are no abilities to actually SPEAK with Luis. We have had very similar issues and they're trying to charge us to pick up their dumpsters after we cancelled the services.
We've never had a contract with them and have told them as such. We stored their dumpster for awhile after they said they were coming to pick them up, the dumpsters got in our way and we had to move them around. We were never told of the fee when we cancelled the service. We have a storage fee to offset their removal fee now.
If only Luis would do his actual job of Customer Representative, then maybe this can get resolved.
In the meantime, we encourage everyone, businesses and individuals, to stay away from Waste Management. We were paying through the nose for their service as opposed to the one we switched to.
