Twice this month, they haven't picked up 1 of my trash cans. Last week, it was my rubbish.

I had to wait this week's service to have it picked and was told it wasn't picked last week because it was "the cart wasn't out" but they picked the 2 cans beside it. We had to suffer the foul smell and the start of maggots.

This week it's the biodegradeable and was told by customer service that the driver said, "something was blocking it" and was given an orange slip for "poor cart placement". They told me it might be a car or something that was blocking it. This is ridiculous because the only way something would be blocking it is if a car is literally parallel parked bedside it.

Customer Service tried to be helpful by telling me "I could look for a landfill near you..". Well, not only do i get pay the monthly bill, I get to cart my own trash to the landfill by tying it to the back of my car.

Ridiculous! This is how it looked it like so if someone can explain to me where the "blocking" is I would appreciate it.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
