I was away for a year and resumed my service. Called July 27th, bill was paid in full, was told service would start on Aug.

1st. Garbage day last Monday, and the garbage was never picked. I called their customer service number and was promised the trash would be picked up Tuesday (no pick up), then Wed., then Thursday. (I called every day.) They finally told me I would have to wait till the

The trash is still sitting there. I called back customer service. The woman hung up on me. I called corporate.

She said she'd call me back. Nothing.

My husband called and was told they would pick it up tonight. It's still there!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Waste Management Cons: Failure to respond or follow through.
