We moved this summer and added service at a new located and canceled service at the old location. They never picked up the container and continued to charge up for both locations.

It took us months to get the credit. As soon we got our $500 credit they sent multiple charges for overloaded container at $125 each. It has taken us hours on the phone to get our credit back.

We have never overloaded our container. We've used waste management for our trash and recycling in other locations with no trouble so either they changed their policies or it's specific to Salt lake City.
