Please. I've owned homes for decades. I know how to set out bins by the curb for pickup. I can't explain why it happens.
My other service providers have gotten 20 years of sustained loyalty from me. That's what is at stake.

Preferred solution: Just pick up my trash. I already got the billing adjusted..

Waste Management Cons: Total lack of fulfillment, Front line csrs cannot do anything to fix your problem.
