Contract was signed on February 17, 2017 for 1 commercial recycling dumpster and 1 waste dumpster, both smallest offered. Contract said

$204.01 monthly for 12 months with auto-renew. With $150 delivery fee. Contract states termination must be done at least 90 days, but not more that 180 days prior to termination of agreement.

On top of this the invoice were always variable, even though we rarely had any recycling or solid waste. The average bill was over $300.

You sign one contract with both dumpsters then it becomes two accounts, each with their own fees. So you are paying twice the fees on one contract.

Mailed Certified and priority letters in October 2017 to Louisiana.... in accordance with the contract, so that it will not be auto-renewed. Had to call and email multiple times to hear if they received the letter, because we know how they conduct business and didn't want a fight.

February 17, 2018. Contract End Date. Contract ends. Paid 12 months of invoice. We are still being billed into April, when they pick up when they removed the dumpsters. April Invoice shows dumpster removal for both dumpsters at $150 each. $300 for the same method to which they delivered.

WM hides the fees in a "As Needed Clause" where you must contact them for pricing. " All the above listed charges are for recurring services only. Charges for all additional services will be at current rates at the time of service. These include but are not limited to: extra pickups, container removal, overages and contamination. Contact waste management for a full list of such additional service and current prices"

We contacted the salesman, chatted, email and could never get the "full list of prices" from waste management.

Hiding the removal fee in "additional services" is beyond deceiving. For the same service, wm charges one amount for delivery and double that amount for removal.

On top of all this the start to add on interest to the unpaid balance, the balance of which you have no idea if the fees are valid.

The way in which your company writes contracts and interacts with it's customers is despicable.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $700.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
