Waste Management continues to charge for services they are not providing. They will not pick up garbage or yard debris during adverse weather.

While I like that they don't put employees in harms way, they continue to charge for days they don't pick up. When I request a credit for miss pick ups, they claim they can not control weather and do not issue credits. I have now been told to save my debris for the third week and garbage another week. They are not paying employee wages or fuel cost on non pick up days, so why are they charging me for not picking up my garbage?

My complaint was escalated to a supervisor, that is not returning my call. Sadly, we are forced to use this company or I would have left them long ago.

This company seems to have a monopoly for my area and we are left with no recourse, they seem to be aware of the problems and just don't care. They have a 95% unfavorable mark with the Better Business Bureau, it's time for someone to help out the unfortunate consumers forced to use this company.
