Customer service people are very nice, but completely ineffective at resolving issues. I go higher, but they don't care, either.
Today, after yet another call regarding pickup service, I asked to speak to a route manager about my driver. They took my name and said they'd have my route manager call me back. He didn't. What I DID get later in the day was an automated phone call thanking me for having agreed to take part in a phone survey.
I hung up the phone and called another waste company. I should have done that much earlier, but I just couldn't believe how lousy this circus is run!!
