I called to cancel service (3 attempts) and they told me I did not have service. I explained they had been taking money out of my account ever 3 months and I have their trash bins in front of my house. They insisted, I did not have an account. Three months later, sure enough my account is deducted.
After talking with them they found the error and will issue a refund. The refund will take 8 weeks to complete.
So due to their incompetence on 3 prior calls I have to wait 8 weeks for the error to be corrected.
Because of this, I will not be a returning customer.
Mind you I also often got missed during collection dates as well during service. With all the technology available today, you would think they could provide better service.
