I WISH I READ THIS REVIEWS BEFORE I ESTABLISHING SERVICE WITH WASTE MANAGEMENT,

END OF NOVEMBER 2017 I CALL THIS COMPANY TO START A SERVICE IN DEC FIRST, THE REPRESENTATIVE ENCOURAGED ME TO SIGNED UP THE ANNUAL BILLING WHEN I DO THAT I WILL BE SAVING ABOUT $$$, SO I DID 12 MONTHS SERVICE WAS GOING TO COST$ ME $257.58 I ROUNDED UP AND PAY $258 FOR 12 MONTHS SERVICE,

ON FEBRUARY 2018 I RECEIVED A BILL THAT SAY I OWE $65 INCLUED LATE FEE, I IGNORED THAT I THOUGH IT MUST BE AN ERORR BECAUSE MY ACCOUNT HAS BALANCE NOT NEGATIVE, I CAN'T OWE A BILL,

WHEN THEY DIDNT PICK UP MY TRASH ON MARCH 20TH PICK DATE I CALL, AND ASK WHAT IS GOING ON,? SHE SAY I OWE MONEY BECAUSE I DIDNT PAY MY BILL, DO YOU HAVE $258 I ASK? SHE SAYS YES BUT YOU OWE US DEC OF 2017, ASK IF THE MONEY YOU HAVE CAN BE APPLIED FROM WHEN MY SERVICE STARED WHICH WAS DEC 2017 TO DEC OF 2018, SHE SAYS SHE WILL SPEAK TO HER SUPERVISOR AND CALL ME BACK, NO ONE CALL ME BACK,

I CALL AGAIN MARCH 28TH AND FELT LIKE I WAS SPEAKING A ROBOT SAME RESPONSE, YOU OWE US DEC BILL, YES YOU HAVE A BALANCE BUT YET YOU OWE US, I ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR, SOMETHING, WE ALREADY CANCEL YOUR SERVICE BECAUSE OF NONE PAYMENT EVEN THOUGH I HAVE BALANCE, I HAVE NEVER SEEING ANYONE THAT RUNS A BUSINESS THE WAY THIS COMPANY DOES, REPELLING PAYING CUSTOMERS? THEY TOLD ME THEY REFUND MY MONEY BUT READING OTHER CUSTOMERS REVIEW AND COMMENTS, THEY PROBABLY WON'T, I AM GOING TO GIVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DEBT AND SEE WHAT THEY DO,

BUT I PROMISE YOU I WILL LET ALOT OF YOUR EXISTING AND FUTURE CUSTOMERS STOP DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU,

AND I WILL BE FILLING COMPLIANT ALL TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.
