We were very happy customers of waste management in upstate New York for many years our problems started when we were preparing to move to South Carolina. We made a series of six phone calls over the course of one month prior to our moving, so that we could smoothly end our service and have our bins picked up.

We made arrangements to have the bins picked up explain to them that we would not be there on that particular day because we would've already left 48 hours ahead of time for our move to South Carolina.

They ended up sending us a bill in South Carolina saying that they never received the bins after four phone calls with them and them agreeing that we were wonderful customers not only did we pay on time we paid early for years that they were not going to refund us the money for the bins. We are done arguing with them but if this is how they treat people that they considered wonderful customers I can only imagine how they treat others
