I have been a customer of Wate Management for 9 years. Due to my husband getting a job transfer, I called to cancel my service on April 14,2016.

I had just made a payment of $91 for April, May and June. The company would not give me a refund for the weeks I will not be needing pick up due to my move.

I will not use them again in the future and want to warn others of this bad policy!!!

Once they got your money, there's not much you can do. wmDOESNTcare.

They now state on your bill... "By paying this, you agree to continue service during the specified service period, with no refund (whole or partial) for early cancellation, unless such refund is required by law blah blah blah.
