I have been a customer of Wate Management for 9 years. Due to my husband getting a job transfer, I called to cancel my service on April 14,2016.
I had just made a payment of $91 for April, May and June. The company would not give me a refund for the weeks I will not be needing pick up due to my move.
I will not use them again in the future and want to warn others of this bad policy!!!
