Called mid-August to cancel residential collection. Had been being billed quarterly and had just paid in July.
When I cancelled I was told that I had just paid and was told by CS that she would take care of that. Called today to find out when my refund was and was told there is no prorated refund. I told her I was not told about this or I would have continued my service for the balance of the time. Clearly it would make no sense for me to lose $ after they were begging me to stay with them after I told them I was getting a better deal from my city.
What a rip off.
Will NEVER do business with Waste Management again.
