Waste Management Predatory Business Model
It's true for those other reviews, Waste Management WM uses a "punish loyalty model" that many are becoming aware of, which I call a Predatory Business Model as that's how it feels. The more loyal you are to them, the more punished you become by skyrocketing prices and loopholes you need to jump through just to leave the contract at the end of a contract term, avoiding an auto renewal that forces you to stay with them at an outrageous skyrocketing price.
If you don't shop around every year, you will pay more than you should so the company can profit more from you. On top of it, yes, they do attempt to scam you out of $150 removal fee when you leave their contract within the terms of the contract. It's one thing if you tried to leave within the existing terms, but even while completing the terms of their contract, they demand payment. Sad but true, that is why even if WM was the lowest priced company in the future, I would not do business with a predatory model like this.
I'd prefer to pay more with a respectful business model. Luckily, you can get a lower price and deal with a respectful business model if you shop around.
Good luck! (PS...I'm very glad this post goes to the top of google rankings)
Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Hi, sorry to hear this. If there is something we can help with please email wmcares@***.com (sub Review #115****) and we would be happy to look into your concern. thank you ^tw
Predatory Business Model review is spot on. Don't fall for the wmcares bull from the previous comment because Waste Management does not care and will not do anything.
When you contest being over charged for service they will offer to lower your rate but you have to sign another three contract but the rate won't be locked in so they can jack up your rate again.
What ever you do, stay away from this extortionist company. Never ever sign a contract with them, once you do it's very difficult to get out of.
