October 2015, my garbage was not picked up because after paying for a year, they billed me $50 3 months into my contract but did not send me a bill.Therefore service was stopped for non-payment even though I paid for a year.

Now, not even 2 months later, my garbage was not picked up because they just missed me. They promised to pick it up that day. They did not pick it up later that day, nor the next day.

I have always had billing errors as well.Stay far far away!!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss not as described of waste management residential curbside pickup. Waste Management needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
