Waste Management - I have been with these clowns for several years

Pick up times suddenly changing/fluctuating after almost 15 years. The clown who drives my route doesn't always show up and when I call to complain, I get told that there was a ticket put in that he had been to my house but no trash was not out to be picked up. And the jerks never send anybody back out when they say they are!

They didnt empty my yd waste container, even own that on their review of service. 1st time I call , no problem, be out by noon tomorrow. Today, yr name isnt on bill so we cant help u! Yesterday I was all nice, "you guys have always been so helpful". Should have kept my mouth shut. Not only no service, but end up with rude, unreasonable flunky . So tired of people that dont want to help customers.

Waste Management - Missing pick up trash

Today waste management did not pick the trash again in my neighborhood. This is the third time they did not pick up trash on the pickup time in less than two months. Only we called and complained, they would pickup. It is horrible. The trash smells bad since the trash bin was placed on the curb the night before the pickup time.

They have a cancellation policy clearly stated on their website. It MUST be done by phone. I just called to cancel my service and it took less than 5 minutes.
