Call W.M, in Mass, Rubbish has not been picked up 2 weeks,( checked !yes the bill is paid in full up front monthly), on Thursday " ...there response ; we changed pick up day, put out extra barrels next week no charge ! Never will I use this company again.You pick up my trash on Monday and then come get my trashcan today and tell me my bill isn't paid?!? Here's one for you, I'll go with a local, cheaper company that bills MONTHLY. The quarterly billing is a bunch of BS and a good way for people who don't have their bill automatically withdrawn to forget about it.The local company is still cheaper quarterly than what you are.

I think the normal services work fine, collection is fairly regular and predictable.However, this company does not do well with exceptions and follow up. Their workers often slam the containers back on the curb after emptying. As such, one day the wheel gave up and the container did not roll anymore. Waste management sucks.. They don't pick up trash on scheduled days, the call center lies and says they will personally call you back when they hear from the area supervisor and don't. This is crazy.If you don't pay your bill they pick up your tote. Then send your account to collection. Then start a new bill. Even though you have no tote and aren't receiving service. This Thursday, 04/28/2016, was trash pickup and recycling pickup day.This Thursday happened to fall on the other week for recycling. So it does no use to contact these Waste Management customer service people on line as they only give you is lip service with broken promises. They ask for your contact info and address to have the problem taken care of but again empty promises.
