I don't know why anybody would use the waste connection Services. They are discriminating against elderly people trying to charge $200 extra to backup in two driveways. For disabled people like myself. There's better Services out there that don't charge that up fee....

My trash bill has increased 3 dollars every bill. I thought I was only one. We need to get together and have senators, attorney general, news look into this,I know the politics know but if the outcry becoms loud enough they may start treating the poor, disadvantagd and stop these unethical practices.

They bought the company that I used. Ever since, service has been pathetic. Not picking up on day they told me they would, etc. Now they tell me, after picking up my refuse for a few months that they have no record of me as a customer. I just paid my quarterly bill with them. They refuse to pick up my trash. What a disgusting organization. They took my money, and now refuse to do the services I paid for. I will be contacting BBB to report their awful business practices and have moved to a competitor. Like the rest of my neighbors.

Waste Management in Williamsburg, Virginia - This company sucks

We moved into a new home . Started trash pickup on June 26. Pickup is supposed to be every Wednesday. The first week was on time. Second week , was 3 days late . Going on 3rd week now and it’s Saturday and trash is still here . I have called them several times and have gotten so many lies about pick up . I do not recommend them at all .

Waste Management in Springfield, Ohio - Here we go again: trash still at the curb

Here we go again: The recycling got picked up yesterday, Tuesday, 2 July -- regular pick up day -- but the trash is still sitting on the curb today, Wednesday, 3 July. . . . This is a constant. . . . The truck comes by in the morning & grabs the recycle. Sometimes, with no obvious reason, they occasionally grab the trash. . . . Later the truck comes by again for the trash, usually late in the afternoon or evening. . . . And then there are the regular non-pick up of one or the other. As I said, for no obvious reason. . . . I'm thinking of changing trash collection. The Rumpke truck comes by every Monday, picks up my neighbors' trash & recycling, both at the same time, every Monday morning, without fail. . . . Like to have that kind of service. Guess it's time to change.
