We cancelled our service and made arrangements for the bin to be picked up on june 4th. They said it would take 7-10 days for them to come get it.
We moved out of the house and didn't think much of it. On june 20th our old landlord calls and asks why is the WM bin still there. I couldn't believe it. I called and talked to about 20 "customer service reps/ supervisors" and NO ONE HELPED ME!!!!!
What a joke these people are. My landlord was going to charge us $200 for left "trash" if it wasn't gone by the 21st. WM did not care, I even told them I would go pick it up and bring it to my new house if they would pick it up there and they said "no we cant do that" They told me to either A- leave it at the house and get charged $200 from my landlord or B- pick it up and drop it off an hour away from my house!!!!
This was not my mistake, this was your mistake WM!!!!!
I will never use their services again!!!!!!!
